Applying:
This machine is designed for thoroughly mixing powders or pastes. It is a horizontal through type mixer with single stirring arm. The stirring arm is removable so that it is easy to clean. The parts surfaces which may touch the mixing materials are made of stainless steel, so they are good corrosion-resitent. The mixing trough can automatically reverse for discharge.
As a stainless steel horizontal mixer, the machine is suitable for the mixing of target materials in powder or paste state evenly in pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff industries.
Features:
1. Strong and fast mixing: Strong and fast mixing can be achieved due to effective drive design and variable speed blending.
2. High-degree of homogeneity: When material is added at the rate of 0.1%, the homogeneity can reach 98% in short time.
3. Heating jacket: A heating jacket can be equipped as an option in the mixing tank shell for heating or drying process. The heating medium can be steam, hot water or hot oil. Design pressure is 0.3 Mpa.
4. Liquid spray nozzle: Spray nozzles can be equipped as an option to add liquid additives which can be evenly sprayed onto the mixture.
5. Well bearing sealing: shaft sealing is the combination of Teflon packing sealing and air-tight sealing to make sure long life-span.
6. Automatic discharging valve: The combined discharge valve is pneumatic planer flap valve. The flap plate can perfectly match the mixing tank inner wall to make sure no dead corner.
